Aviva plc is seeking a Group External Reporting Senior Manager on a fixed-term contract until June 2027. Location options include Norwich, York, Glasgow or Bristol with a 50% hybrid pattern.

The role covers external messaging of results and the completion of regulatory and statutory reporting for Aviva Group, including the Annual Report and Accounts, Half Year Interim Results, ESG reporting, and QRTs. Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with experience in external reporting and regulatory disclosures.
• Ability to produce financial analyses, reports, presentations and disclosures and explain complex information clearly.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams to deliver high quality reporting outcomes.
• Adaptable in a fast moving environment with robust controls and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage external reporting processes for Aviva Group, including regulatory and statutory reporting for AR, HY results, ESG, QRTs, SFCR.
• Collaborate with Group Finance, Plc Audit Committee and Board to ensure accurate and timely financial messaging and reporting.
• Identify, implement and automate improvements in reporting processes, including AI-enabled solutions where appropriate.
