Job summary

Aviva is seeking a Group External Reporting Senior Manager on a fixed-term contract until June 2027. The role supports Aviva’s Group External Reporting team across external messaging and regulatory reporting, including the Annual Report and SFCR.

Location is Norwich, York, Glasgow or Bristol with 50% hybrid working. You will lead financial reporting for management information and external purposes, partnering with senior stakeholders and ensuring timely, accurate output while driving automation

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with external reporting experience.
• Experience producing financial analyses, reports and disclosures.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple teams.
• Adaptable in a fast-moving environment with robust controls and governance.
• Advanced planning and decision making for quarterly/annual reporting outputs.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial reporting for external messaging and regulatory purposes.
• Support Group reporting processes and timely delivery of the Annual Report, SFCR and other external publications.
• Collaborate with Plc Audit Committee and Board on external messaging and governance.
