Job summary

Search Consultancy Ltd is seeking a Ground Remediation Site Manager - Construction to drive on-site delivery in the Northwest. You will supervise trades and sub-contractors, coordinate materials, and ensure work on ground remediation projects is completed to the highest standards.

The role requires strong on-site leadership, solid HSE knowledge, and the ability to run snagging, attend site meetings, and manage labour efficiently. CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a site manager on remediation projects.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regimes.
• Experience leading a project team.
• CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS qualification preferred.
