• 3–5 years of running similar projects (earthworks, drainage, roads and sewers, services).
• Residential groundworks experience is preferred to be avoided.
• Must be able to work within ~25 miles of Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations on commercial groundworks schemes.
• Coordinate earthworks, drainage, roads and sewer services.
• Ensure safety, quality and programme adherence on site.
• Liaise with subcontractors and client representatives.
