Job summary

Yoru Marketing in the United Kingdom (Remote) is seeking a senior Google Ads Strategist for ecommerce accounts. This contractor role transitions into full-time and requires 2-4+ years of Google Ads experience, preferably in ecommerce.

You will manage up to 10 ad accounts, craft campaigns across Pmax, Shopping, Search, and YouTube, and communicate with clients while aiming to hit performance goals. The package includes $500-$850 USD per ad account per month plus a share of ad spend.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of Google Ads marketing experience (not limited to freelance or assistant roles).
• Proven ability to lead multiple accounts simultaneously and manage client communication directly.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for critical thinking and performance.
• Confident, proactive communicator who can simplify complex data into client-friendly insights.
• Obsessive attention to detail with no typos, broken links, or off-brand creative.
• Able to prioritize and pivot in a fast-paced agency with minimal micromanagement.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics: CAC, LTV, CVR, ROAS.
• US, Europe, or Australia / NZ based with ability to work EST timezones.

Responsibilities

• Create and run Google ads campaigns based on strategy (Pmax, Shopping, Search, Demand Gen, YouTube).
• Communicate fluently with clients (written & verbal).
• Create weekly performance reports.
• Understand search intent and craft well-written ad copies.
• Research basic SEO keywords.
• Optimize product data feeds around strategy.
