Job summary

Synergy is seeking a Senior Analytical Scientist to join the Analytical Leadership and Testing function in Moreton, Merseyside. You will perform analytical testing of drug substances, intermediates and finished products in a GMP environment, collaborating with laboratory leads and scientific teams.

The role requires 3+ years in GMP labs with strong HPLC, dissolution testing and Karl Fischer analysis skills, plus experience with analytical data review and method transfers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GMP laboratory experience.
• Strong HPLC, dissolution testing and Karl Fischer analysis skills.
• Experience analysing oral solid dose pharmaceutical products.
• Excellent data integrity and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and troubleshoot analytical testing in accordance with GMP procedures.
• Review, check and approve analytical data and results.
• Support analytical method development, transfer and validation.
• Ensure all records comply with cGMP and ALCOA+ principles.
• Support internal and external audit readiness activities.
