Job summary

SRG in the United Kingdom (Moreton) is seeking a scientist to support the Analytical Leadership and Testing function within the RASO department, performing analytical testing of drug substances and finished products in a GMP-regulated environment.

You will plan, execute and troubleshoot analyses (HPLC, dissolution and related techniques), review data, and support method development, transfer and validation, ensuring cGMP and ALCOA+ compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related scientific discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and troubleshoot analytical testing in GMP procedures.
• Conduct analyses using HPLC, dissolution testing and related techniques.
• Review, check and approve analytical data.
• Investigate technical issues and support laboratory investigations.
• Participate in analytical method development, transfer and validation.
• Ensure records comply with cGMP and ALCOA+.
• Support internal and external audit readiness.
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Contribute to Lean initiatives and root cause investigations.
• Perform tasks in line with regulatory and customer standards.
