Job summary

Merlin Entertainments is seeking a Senior Reward Partner to lead regional reward strategy and governance. You will develop job architecture, pay frameworks and deliver data-driven insights across Merlin’s attractions in the UK.

The role partners with regional leadership to ensure fair, compliant pay decisions, annual salary and bonus processes, and effective LTIP governance, while driving regional alignment to global reward principles.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in job evaluation and benchmarking with WTW grading.
• Global/regional rewards experience within multinational settings.
• Strong regulatory knowledge: EU Pay Directive, Gender Pay Gap.
• Advanced data analysis using Excel and related tools.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate data into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership to deliver tailored reward solutions.
• Lead annual salary review process regionally with governance.
• Lead annual bonus process with governance and finance collaboration.
• Support LTIPs management and plan administration as regional contact.
• Own communications plan for cyclical reward activities and pay messaging.
• Conduct pay equity analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Establish and oversee a formal job evaluation panel for governance.
• Drive systemisation and standardisation of reward processes regionally.
• Oversee international medical insurance plan and compliance with local laws.
• Ensure compliance with gender pay gap submissions and EU pay directive.
• Lead, mentor and develop a reward analyst.
