Everpool in South West London is seeking an experienced Head of Reward to lead the total reward strategy, ensuring pay, incentives and benefits drive performance and attract top talent.

You will oversee the annual reward cycle, governance and benefits strategy, reporting to senior leadership while delivering an exceptional colleague experience with a best-in-class rewards offering.

Qualifications

  • Significant leadership experience in reward, compensation and benefits within a multi-site organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of UK reward legislation, including NMW and pensions.
  • Proven experience managing share schemes and incentive structures.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to advise senior leadership.
  • Excellent governance, communication and programme delivery in rewards.
  • Collaborative approach with influence across levels of business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead total reward strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Own the annual reward calendar including salary reviews and bonuses.
  • Design salary frameworks, job banding, evaluation and benchmarking.
  • Oversee bonus/commission schemes and share schemes.
  • Govern employee benefits platform and insured benefits.
  • Lead reward integration for acquisitions and negotiate with insurers.
  • Ensure compliance with NMW and UK reward regulations.
  • Produce analytics and market insights for Operations Board.
  • Support RemCo and pay transparency initiatives.
  • Provide annual total colleague reward reporting.

Head of Reward Location: South West London

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000, depending on experience About the Role We are seeking an experienced Head of Reward to lead the total reward strategy for a leading property company. In this role, you will ensure that pay, incentives and benefits support business performance, attract and retain top talent, and remain competitive within the market. Reporting into senior leadership, you will oversee the annual reward cycle, reward governance and benefits strategy, while ensuring an exceptional colleague experience through the delivery of a best-in-class reward offering. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the company's total reward strategy, aligning pay, incentives and benefits with business objectives and performance goals.
  • Own and deliver the annual reward calendar, including salary reviews, bonus planning, commission structures, share schemes and benefits renewals.
  • Design and maintain salary frameworks, job banding, job evaluation and benchmarking structures to ensure fair, consistent and competitive pay.
  • Oversee bonus and commission schemes, partnering with Group Managing Directors to ensure reward programmes drive performance and align with commercial objectives.
  • Manage and govern employee share schemes, working closely with Finance, Legal and external advisers.
  • Lead the company's benefits strategy, including the negotiation and management of the colleague benefits platform and insured benefits such as private medical insurance, life assurance and other wellbeing benefits.
  • Lead reward integration and transition activities for business acquisitions.
  • Negotiate with benefits brokers and insurers to secure competitive coverage while effectively managing costs.
  • Oversee company pension schemes and ensure compliance with UK auto-enrolment requirements.
  • Ensure all reward practices, guarantees and commission arrangements comply with National Minimum Wage legislation and relevant UK reward regulations.
  • Produce reward analytics and market insights for the Operations Board to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead gender pay gap reporting, reward governance, Remuneration Committee (RemCo) support and pay transparency initiatives.
  • Provide annual reporting on total colleague reward.
Skills & Experience
  • Significant leadership experience in reward, compensation and benefits within a fast-paced, multi-site organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of UK reward legislation, including National Minimum Wage regulations, pensions and broader reward compliance.
  • Proven experience managing share schemes, bonus and commission structures, and insured employee benefits.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability, with experience advising senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Excellent reward communication, governance and programme delivery skills.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the business.
