Job summary

Huron is seeking a Global Mobility professional to support immigration services and cross-border travel within a virtual, globally dispersed team. You will document processes, guide country-specific requirements, and manage inquiries from leaders and staff.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in immigration services, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset. The role emphasizes confidentiality and stakeholder partnership across HR and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, legal studies, or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting immigration services and cross-border business travel.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient Global Mobility operations through documentation, communications, and issue resolution.
• Own global business travel processes with country-specific guidance and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate immigration questionnaires and filings, including visa/work permit applications and renewals.
• Partner with external vendors to manage visas, permits, and residency applications.
