Job summary

Accord Healthcare is seeking a Senior Manager, Internal Communications & AI to lead the rollout and ongoing development of Connect, the company's global mobile-first internal news channel. The role spans Europe, North America, India and Emerging Markets, engaging 26,000 employees worldwide.

You will work with senior leaders to develop timely content that supports business priorities, strengthens engagement and aligns the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree education, ideally with emphasis on Communications, English, Public Relations.
• Additional languages would be helpful but not essential.
• Substantial experience in internal communications or corporate communications.
• Experience leading large-scale internal comms programmes in a global, multinational organisation.
• Experience managing digital internal communications channels, employee apps, intranet platforms or enterprise social networks.
• Strong project and programme management capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and executive leaders.
• Excellent content creation, editorial and storytelling skills.
• Experience planning and delivering town halls, leadership communications and employee engagement programmes.
• Pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, management and development of Connect, Accord Healthcare's global mobile-first internal news channel.
• Develop compelling, timely content to support business priorities and strengthen employee engagement.
• Manage Connect projects and content; support broader internal communications programmes, including executive communications, town halls and intranet content.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure alignment and effective stakeholder engagement across Europe, North America, India and Emerging Markets.
