Job summary

Faculty is hiring an Internal Communications Lead to build the communications engine that keeps leadership and teams connected at scale. You will design forums, architectures, and cadences to deliver crisp, global messaging across cultures and regions.

You will surface stories from across the business, partner with leadership as a trusted advisor, and shape how we communicate strategy and worldview on AI as Faculty grows.

Qualifications

• Designing and building a scalable internal comms machine to connect leadership with every team globally.
• Sharp judgement to decide what matters, what to publish, and when to broadcast.
• Detective storytelling to surface hidden but impactful stories across the organisation.
• Proven experience communicating across geographies and cultures with sensitivity to different audiences.
• Skilled at working with senior leaders, balancing voice with clarity and discretion.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication to convey nuanced leadership messages clearly.

Responsibilities
