Johnson & Johnson currently seeks a Senior Analyst for Global Master Data Finance Service Delivery in Leeds, UK. The role demands strong mastery of Master Data processes across GL Accounts, Profit Centers and related areas and requires the ability to work with limited supervision.

You will support month-end delivery, drive process improvements, and coach junior colleagues while ensuring audit-ready documentation and adherence to global standards.

Qualifications

• Generally 4–6 years of relevant work experience in Financial Reporting, Finance Master Data, Accounting or a closely related finance function.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, processes and controls.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to identify root causes and drive resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve process effectiveness, efficiency, data quality and controls.

Responsabilités

• Independently execute end-to-end Global Finance Master Data activities (GL Accounts, Profit Centers, Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Exchange Rates).
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness and quality of Finance Master Data and related processes.
• Resolve complex Finance Master Data issues and determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Perform reviews and controls to identify errors and risks; drive resolution.
• Contribute to projects and process improvements to strengthen service delivery and controls.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation and strengthen operating standards.
• Support audits and provide documentation and responding to requests.
