Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Analyst, Global Master Data Finance Service Delivery, for locations including Leeds, United Kingdom. The role requires strong finance Master Data knowledge, with duties spanning data maintenance, issue resolution, and process improvement to support timely month-end and audit readiness.

The successful candidate will work with minimal supervision, coach junior colleagues, and contribute to standardizing Master Data controls across regions.

Qualifications

• Generally 4-6 years of relevant work experience in finance.
• Strong knowledge of finance principles, processes and controls.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Identify opportunities to improve process effectiveness, data quality and controls and drive actions to completion.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end Global Finance Master Data activities per global standards.
• Maintain GL Accounts, Profit Centers, Cost Centers, Internal Orders and Exchange Rates.
• Resolve complex Master Data issues and drive corrective actions.
• Support audits and compliance with documentation.
• Coach junior colleagues on Master Data processes.
