Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Senior Analyst, Global Finance Master Data, to support service delivery for Master Data processes across Finance operations. The role involves maintaining GL Accounts, Profit/Cost Centers, and ensuring data accuracy and control across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in Financial Reporting or Master Data, strong English communication, and experience in a multinational shared services environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years experience in the Financial Reporting or Finance Master Data function.
• Experience in a shared services center of a multinational corporation desirable.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to read, understand, exchange information and produce written material for business purposes in English.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operations of Financial Master Data including maintenance of GL Accounts, Profit Center, Cost Center, Internal Order and Exchange Rate.
• Identify and rectify errors; ensure timeliness, accuracy and quality of work.
• Resolve complex process issues beyond the team’s capabilities.
• Maintain documentation and manage system access controls; support auditors as required.
• Ensure strong internal controls and timely month-end reporting.
