Johnson & Johnson seeks an Analyst for Global Finance Master Data to join our team in Leeds, United Kingdom. The role provides entry-level finance master data support across multiple countries, ensuring accurate GL accounts, profit and cost centers, and exchange rates in line with global standards.

You will contribute to timely month-end reporting, maintain data integrity, and support audits while collaborating with cross-functional partners in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles and processes.
• Experience in a shared services center of a multinational corporation is desirable.
• Digital/ intelligent automation capabilities could be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain Operational Excellence in daily tasks.
• Perform day-to-day operations of Financial Master Data activities including GL Accounts, Profit Center, Cost Center, Internal Order, and Exchange Rate per defined standards.
• Proactively identify, rectify and follow up errors and causes of errors.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and quality work through regular reviews and approvals.
• Resolve complex issues beyond routine scope with initiative and collaboration.
• Support auditors and legal authorities as required and maintain documentation.
• Assist with access control and ensure strong internal controls for audit readiness.
