Job summary

Syneos Health UK Limited is seeking a Senior Global Feasibility Lead to drive RFP and paid feasibility analyses across multiple indications. You will liaise with sponsor requirements, protocols, and timelines while coordinating with internal stakeholders and regional teams.

The role requires strong English communication, data-analysis skills, and experience with CRO/pharma environments. Travel flexibility is expected to support cross-regional feasibility activities.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in science with emphasis in medical research.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual and team environment.
• Understanding and presenting complex scientific and clinical research data and analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles and standards.
• Attention to detail and data-driven decision making.
• Mentoring and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent RFP and paid feasibility analyses across all indications.
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare pre-award site feasibility presentations and reports.
• Develop metrics to measure feasibility impact across studies.
• Liaise with Business Units, Medical Directors and analysts on sponsor requirements.
• Review sponsor requirements, protocol, and timelines for RFPs.
• Maintain comprehensive records and data libraries for feasibility.
• Support development of feasibility analysis systems and metrics.
