Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Senior Feasibility & Strategy Leader to drive pre-award feasibility, country/site analysis and strategy development for clinical study proposals. You will work with the Integrated Solutions Director and PRS to deliver a risk-informed, patient-centered plan, ensuring right countries, sites, and patients for winning bids.

The role requires strategic thinking, independent decision-making, and strong client-facing writing and presentation skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Pharmaceutical/CRO industry with clinical research and/or sales operations.
• Experience in project management/clinical management/feasibility management of global trials.
• Experience in CRO proposal process and solution development.
• Experience in strategic drug development planning or significant involvement in planning clinical/operational strategy.
• Demonstrable expertise in clinical trial feasibility assessments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Integrated Solutions Director and PRS to deliver optimized, patient-focused feasibility strategies.
• Conduct country and site analysis with data-driven rationale to support sponsor decisions.
• Develop and operationalize pre-award feasibility activities and pilots for complex programs.
• Lead the development of an integrated operational strategy and recruitment modeling.
• Prepare compelling strategy messages and slides for bid pursuit and client meetings.
• Engage with clients and thought leaders to drive relationships and KPI improvements.
