FIRST is a global brand experience agency seeking a Senior Event Manager to deliver exceptional service for our client across on‑site events and experiences. You will coordinate logistics, space management, and vendor relationships while collaborating with internal teams to meet objectives and ensure flawless execution.

You will mentor teammates and manage multiple programs across complex environments, upholding FIRST standards and client satisfaction with creativity and strategic insight.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in events or meetings.
• Experience coordinating meetings/conferences for 50–300+ attendees.
• Experience working with high‑profile stakeholders and agencies.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with all levels in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative planning support for Event Hosts to ensure an exemplary event experience.
• Oversee logistics including decor, entertainment, catering and all event needs.
• Coordinate with facilities to arrange audio/visual, security, transportation and other services.
• Create and share event details using internal templates with stakeholders and service lines.
• Conduct post‑event debriefs and communicate feedback to service teams.
• Lead multi‑region programs and mentor junior team members.
