FIRST is a leading global brand experience agency seeking an Event Manager to lead planning, coordination and on-site execution for large-scale events. You will act as the main client liaison after the venue is booked, guiding meetings, catering, AV, and guest experiences while coordinating with Catering, Facilities, and Security teams on-site.

The role requires strong operational understanding, CMP is desirable, and proficiency with Delphi/Cvent/Eventbrite and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in event planning/conferencing or catering.
• CMP designation is highly desirable.
• Experience managing multiple large events simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact from planning to post-event.
• Coordinate with internal departments to consolidate touchpoints.
• Oversee on-site setup, run of show, and post-event reporting.
• Prepare event documentation, EO, run of show, diagrams, and quotes.
