Wellington Management in London seeks a senior Compensation expert to provide strategic guidance to HR and senior leaders. You will shape regional Total Rewards, align with global priorities, and manage base pay and bonus programs while ensuring regulatory compliance across the EMEA region.
You will partner with the Global Compensation team, lead market benchmarking, and drive ad hoc projects to ensure competitive, fair pay structures for diverse business areas.

The role serves as a senior subject matter expert in Compensation, providing strategic consultation and trusted advice to Human Resources business partners and senior business leaders on compensation matters. With high visibility across the firm, the role requires a strong consulting mindset and close partnership with HR to support and influence a broad range of people‑related initiatives. The position provides dedicated compensation support for one or more business areas, partnering with leaders to design and deliver competitive, market‑aligned reward solutions. Based in London, this role works closely with the Global Compensation team in Boston to develop and execute regional strategies that align with global Total Rewards priorities.
