Job summary

AIG Multinational is seeking a Senior Multinational Client Co-Ordinator to support a portfolio of international client accounts. You will coordinate with clients, brokers and underwriters and drive programme management across global information and documentation.

The role emphasises relationship-building, accuracy and timely delivery, with a focus on office-based collaboration. The position offers comprehensive training, internal development, and progression opportunities within AIG

Qualifications

• Experience in a client or customer facing role.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support to the Multinational Producing Office.
• Manage relationships with the Multinational team, Clients, Brokers, Underwriters and stakeholders.
• Coordinate a portfolio of assigned client accounts as the multinational point of contact.
• Track global programs using internal systems and chase outstanding information (policy, invoice, payment).
• Support programme management: implementation, tracking performance and broker/client communication.
• Provide multinational expertise to support colleagues on program setup, global information and documentation.
