Job summary

American International Group (AIG) is a global leader in commercial and personal insurance solutions, seeking a Multinational Client Executive to manage an assigned portfolio of multinational programs and deliver exceptional client service.

You will work with product underwriters and distribution, lead service delivery, and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements while building strong relationships with senior client personnel and broker partners in a dynamic, international

Qualifications

• Commercial insurance experience, preferably client facing.
• Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational programs, including reinsurance structures.
• Experience dealing with multinational corporations and senior risk managers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines/SLAs.
• Willingness to identify and implement operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of multinational service delivery for the assigned portfolio.
• Coordinate communication and project management across internal and external stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
• Ensure design and delivery of assigned multinational programs meets requirements.
• Provide multinational technical expertise to underwriters for compliant program structures.
• Lead adoption of the End-to-End multinational process and ensure timely documentation.
• Monitor performance and escalate where necessary to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with distribution to coordinate stakeholder meetings and program stewardship.
