Circana UK is seeking an International Client Account Manager to strengthen relationships with global clients and ensure smooth operational delivery. You will support International Key Account Directors in day-to-day client management, coordinate cross-functional activities, and help with contracts, pricing, and renewals.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background with relevant degree or experience.
• 1–3 years in Client Services, Account Management, Sales Operations or related field.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across countries/cultures.

Responsibilities

• Support International Key Account Directors in day-to-day management of international clients.
• Coordinate client requests, follow-up, and timely resolutions.
• Build relationships with client contacts and act as day-to-day partner.
• Coordinate activities between commercial, operations, finance, legal, and local teams.
• Administer contracts: letters of commitment, SLAs, quotes, third-party agreements.
• Assist pricing, proposals, renewals, and invoicing queries with Finance.
• Maintain pipeline and renewal trackers; update account administration.
