Stantec is seeking a Senior Geo-environmental Consultant to join our Ground Assessment Team in the UK. You will lead technical management, site characterisation, and remediation strategies across AMP8 projects for major water clients, delivering high-quality reports and client-facing outputs.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, with opportunities for team leadership, business development, and flexible working to support a strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• A geology-related degree and chartered membership of a relevant professional institution (GSL, CEnv or CIWEM) are required.
• Strong understanding of UK legislation, with a proven track record in technical reporting, risk assessment and remediation strategy.
• Professional certifications such as SiLC, SQP or CL:AIRE DoW CoP QP are valued.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical management and specialist input to a broad range of projects through all lifecycle stages.
• Characterisation of materials and management of contaminated sites to ensure resilient, sustainable infrastructure.
• Deliver high-quality reports, risk assessments and remediation strategies for design teams and clients.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business support where needed.
