Stantec is seeking a Hydrogeologist to join our geoenvironmental team in the UK, with flexibility for Warrington, Manchester or Shrewsbury. You will lead groundwater and contaminated-land projects across the full lifecycle, from scoping to reporting, including data interpretation and risk assessment.

You will mentor junior staff, support business development and travel to UK offices and project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hydrogeology or related discipline (MSc preferred) and Charter status or progression toward it.
• Experience in groundwater studies for contaminated-site management in a consulting environment.
• Ability to design, manage and supervise ground investigations; interpret groundwater, soil and gas data; and prepare risk assessments and technical reports.
• Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues; capable of mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development.
