Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Geo-environmental Consultant to lead technical management of land quality and contaminated site projects across the UK water sector. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, guiding design teams and contractors to deliver sustainable, nature-positive solutions.

We expect a Chartered geologist or equivalent (CGeol/CEnv/CIWEM) with UK consulting experience, strong reporting, and a knack for client relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Geology, Hydrogeology or Environmental Science and Chartered status.
• Experience in land quality evaluation and contaminated site management (UK).
• Strong reporting, risk assessment and remediation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical management across project lifecycles for land quality and contamination.
• Offer specialist input to design teams and contracting partners.
• Develop remediation strategies and risk assessments for projects.
