• Proven GM experience in a branded, high-volume restaurant.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and managing costs.
• Strong leadership and talent development abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage all restaurant performance including P&L, sales and costs.
• Lead and develop teams, ensure safety and high standards.
• Own recruitment, succession planning and people development.
• Control stock, ordering, and waste; build optimal rotas.
• Drive guest experience, food quality, speed of service and culture.
