Ganymede Solutions Limited seeks a General Foreman for a multi-million-pound water project in Wareham, Dorset. You will take charge of daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, manage logistics, and ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

You must have a solid civil engineering background with Earthworks/Structures or Water/civils project experience. SMSTS, CSCS (Supervisor/NVQ Level 3) and First Aid are required; Tier 1 contractor experience is

Qualificações

• Solid background in civil engineering with experience in Earthworks/Structures or Water/civils projects.
• Previous work with Tier 1 contractors is preferred.
• SMSTS, CSCS (Supervisor/NVQ Level 3) and First Aid are required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all site operations and coordinate personnel.
• Manage logistics including plant, labour and materials; maintain site records.
• Report progress to site management and drive works forward.
• Conduct site inspections and lead toolbox talks; ensure permits are in place.
• Maintain a productive site culture through strong leadership and communication.
