Ganymede Solutions Limited in Ewshot is seeking an experienced General Foreman / Foreperson for a major UK water framework, supporting the delivery of essential wastewater infrastructure upgrades. You will oversee daily site operations, manage supervisors, subcontractors and site teams, and ensure packages of work are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme, quality and HSEQ requirements.

You will work closely with the Site Agent and wider project team to coordinate site

Qualifications

• Experience supervising civil engineering, water, utilities or heavy civils projects.
• Proven ability to manage supervisors, subcontractors and site operatives.
• Knowledge of live services, excavations, drainage and reinforced concrete works.
• IT literate with site documentation and digital reporting systems.
• Ability to read programmes and drawings; strong communication and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Oversee site operations and supervise teams to deliver work safely.
• Maintain 4-week lookahead and progress against programme.
• Record diaries, inspections and reporting; ensure HSEQ compliance.
• Coordinate with Site Agent and project team for site activities.
• Lead toolbox talks and promote a positive, productive site culture.
• Ensure permits, procedures and quality standards are followed.
