Ganymede Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced General Foreman / Foreperson to lead frontline civil works on a major UK water framework at Portchester.

You will oversee site operations, manage supervisors and subcontractors, and ensure delivery to programme while upholding quality and HSEQ standards.

The role requires reading drawings, arranging lookahead schedules, and maintaining accurate site records.

Qualificações

• Experience supervising Tier 1 civil/utility projects
• Proven leadership and site management
• Ability to read programmes and drawings
• Competent in site documentation and digital reporting
• Understanding of health, safety and environmental standards

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily site operations and supervise teams.
• Coordination of supervisors, subcontractors, and labour.
• Support Site Agent with progress reporting and programme updates.
• Work to 4-week lookahead schedules and main programme.
• Maintain site records and safety checks (LOLER, PUWER).
• Supervise temporary works and live services.
• Lead toolbox talks and promote HSEQ standards.
• Motivate site teams and ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Ensure adherence to permits, quality, and procedures.
