Candour is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Node.js, React and Next.js expertise to join its Chester-based digital transformation team. The role blends hands-on backend API work with frontend development and architectural oversight.

You’ll own key backend services, contribute to OpenAPI-driven architectures, and collaborate across UX, product and delivery teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software in a modern tech stack. Hybrid working from Chester offered.

Formación

• Extensive commercial Node.js and TypeScript experience.
• Designing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Experience with OpenAPI/API-first development.
• Commercial React.js and Next.js experience.
• Proven refactors or modernisation programmes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead modernisation and refactoring of existing applications.
• Develop Node.js backend services and APIs.
• Develop OpenAPI-driven backend services.
• Design scalable API architectures and integrations.
• Collaborate with frontend using React/Next.js across teams.
