Job summary

Dex is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to join a small, fast-moving team building healthcare infrastructure. You’ll own end-to-end development across wearables and diagnostic APIs, shaping dashboards and patient-facing interfaces while translating medical rules into usable software.

You’ll collaborate with users and healthcare experts, navigate regulatory constraints, and scale cloud-first systems on GCP, delivering impact for patients and clinicians alike.

Qualifications

• Senior-level product engineering experience at a startup, owning end-to-end features from problem to production.
• Proficiency in a modern full-stack: TS/Next.js frontend, Python or Go backend, and cloud-based scale.
• Ability to convert underspecified, domain-driven problems into clear software plans.
• Strong product sense with a bias toward customer feedback and real user value.
• Demonstrable interest in healthcare and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features end-to-end for customer-facing products and diagnostic APIs.
• Translate medical information and domain constraints into intuitive interfaces for patients and clinicians.
• Engage with healthcare customers, gather feedback, and drive product roadmaps using usage data.
• Operate and scale cloud infrastructure handling millions of daily transactions from wearables and lab tests.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to navigate healthcare regulations and ensure data integrity.
