Dex partner role in London seeks a product-minded AI engineer to own healthcare AI workflows end-to-end, translating clinician needs into deployable solutions and working onsite with hospital teams, tools, and workflows.

You will collaborate with engineering and customers, drive rapid delivery, and shape the product from day one in a flat, impact-driven environment. This role requires clear communication, hands-on delivery when needed, and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Experience translating non-technical healthcare requirements into product features.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver full-stack AI workflows end-to-end.
• Experience working with hospital or healthcare teams is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Translate non-technical healthcare requirements into deployable AI solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI workflows across the stack.
• Work directly with customers onsite to understand pain points and integrate solutions.
• Identify issues and drive improvements back into the product.
• Contribute to systems deployed across hospitals and tackle workforce challenges.
