The role is an AI-native product engineering position focused on decomposing real workflows, partnering with clinicians, and delivering end‑to‑end features in a fast, high‑shipping team.

You will own projects across a modern serverless stack, shaping agent‑oriented interfaces and contributing to robust, scalable software that saves lives.

Qualifications

• Expert-level TypeScript and JS/Node ecosystem with full‑stack experience across React/Angular and serverless back‑ends.
• Proven track record building production systems on AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, CloudFormation) or quickly mastering serverless infra.
• Strong CS fundamentals and a focus on user experience over purely technical goals.
• At least 5 years of engineering experience with a track record of shipping high‑impact software.

Responsibilities

• Decompose complex clinical workflows into agent‑orchestrated solutions.
• Design and build human‑agent interfaces ensuring safety and efficiency in healthcare context.
• Own end‑to‑end feature development across a modern serverless stack (TypeScript, React/Angular, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, AppSync).
• Contribute to agent‑friendly codebases, leveraging tooling for autonomous systems with minimal human review.
• Ship features that impact millions of patients and improve the system with structured clinical data.
