Job summary

Heidi Health Corp. is growing a senior full-stack engineer to own features end-to-end. You’ll work on the React TS/Next.js frontend and Python services, shaping data models and APIs for an AI-driven healthcare platform used across many countries.

You will ship high-performance backend systems with MongoDB/Redis, implement secure APIs, and design scalable cloud infrastructure while collaborating with product, design and AI teams. Strong emphasis on code quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
• Python in production: building, testing and running backend services.
• Hands-on MongoDB and Redis with data modeling experience.
• Experience building and managing message queues at scale.
• Deep understanding of API design: security, versioning, performance.
• Experience integrating with third-party systems and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build fast, accessible interfaces in React, TypeScript and Next.js for clinicians.
• Develop backend services in Python with MongoDB/Redis storage and caching.
• Design and own APIs, versioning, testing and security across teams.
• Develop and manage message queue systems for real-time data processing.
• Shape cloud infrastructure to scale features and ensure high availability.
• Turn briefs into shipped workflows with product, design, and AI engineers.
