Heidi Health Corp. is seeking a diligent Support Engineer to diagnose, resolve, and prevent complex issues in our AI-powered healthcare product. You will own issues end-to-end and partner with engineering and product teams to keep our platform reliable in high-stakes clinical environments.

You’ll become a product expert, understand customer needs, and communicate clearly to deliver efficient, accurate support while helping scale our systems for the next phase of growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a support engineer role.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of web development with Python, React, Node, FastAPI and MongoDB.

Responsibilities

• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Become a product expert on Heidi and how customers use it in real-world contexts.
• Provide exceptional technical support by understanding customer needs and communicating clearly.
• Perform in-depth analysis and debugging of complex issues with sound judgment.
• Own customer issues from first contact to resolution within SLAs.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to reproduce and resolve problems.
• Monitor server health, system status, and bug reports, and mitigate impact.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to tooling and process improvements.
