This role focuses on frontend React/Redux/TypeScript, backend Java with REST/GraphQL, AWS, microservices,

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer in a fast-paced environment.
Strong frontend skills: React, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Solid backend experience with Java and RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of design, development, testing, and deployment across the team.
Drive engineering improvements and communicate principles clearly to the team.
Lead conversations around software systems and contribute to architecture discussions.
Support estimation and planning, challenging requirements and proposing solutions.
Evolve systems toward target state architecture via refactoring and prioritisation.
Mentor junior engineers and raise the technical bar.
Contribute to a defined SDLC for planning, prioritisation and delivery.
