Explore Group has partnered with a fast‑growing, product‑focused tech business expanding its software platforms. They seek a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own core backend services and user‑facing features, driving architectural decisions and performance optimisations.

You will design end‑to‑end solutions, collaborate across product, engineering and operations, and contribute to greenfield projects as the company scales and launches in new markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience with modern frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of Django (or similar like FastAPI).
• Strong in relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and API design (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience building distributed, scalable systems; familiarity with CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable features and end‑to‑end apps across the product suite.
• Solve architecture and performance challenges to handle rapid data growth.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Contribute to greenfield solutions as the company scales and expands.
