Job summary

Health Data Innovations, Inc. seeks a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own features end-to-end—from React interfaces to Python services and data models. You’ll ship SaaS features in a high-growth startup, balancing browser and server logic for low latency and scalable performance.

You’ll work in a flat, flexible team, building AI-enabled healthcare tools for clinicians across 190+ countries. Prior shipping of demanding products is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with frontend and backend production work.
• Strong React and TypeScript, plus Next.js or a comparable framework.
• Python in production: building, testing and running backend services.
• Hands-on MongoDB and Redis, with sound data modeling.
• Experience building and managing message queues at scale.
• Deep API design knowledge: security, versioning, performance.
• Experience integrating with third-party systems.
• Testable, maintainable code and strong CI/CD familiarity.
• Track record of building scalable, secure systems.
• Passion for AI and hands-on building or prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from database to browser.
• Build fast, accessible React interfaces with TypeScript and Next.js.
• Develop high-performance Python backend services with MongoDB/Redis.
• Design and maintain APIs including security and versioning.
• Manage message queues for real-time data processing.
• Shape cloud infrastructure for scalable features.
• Collaborate with product/design/AI teams to ship workflows.
• Write readable, maintainable code suitable for long-term use.
