Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership.
• Proven experience in full stack development with modern frontend and backend tech.
• Strong architecture, RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Hands-on cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, containers, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional development squad and provide technical direction across the full software lifecycle.
• Define and govern application architecture, development standards, and engineering best practices.
• Design, develop, and oversee scalable full stack applications using modern frontend and backend tech.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Drive cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and engineering excellence.
• Conduct architecture/code reviews to ensure quality, security, and performance.
• Mentor developers and foster technical growth within the squad.
• Identify risks and resolve complex engineering challenges to support strategic decisions.
