Job summary

ACCENTURE PTE LTD is seeking a Full Stack Architect Lead to drive design, development and delivery of modern digital solutions across enterprise-scale platforms. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with architecture ownership, leading a squad while shaping scalable, secure and high-performing applications that deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional development squad and provide technical direction across the full software development lifecycle.
• Define and govern application architecture, solution design, development standards, and engineering best practices.
• Design, develop, and oversee scalable full stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and engineering excellence practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments to ensure quality, security, maintainability, and performance.
• Mentor and coach developers, fostering technical growth, innovation, and continuous improvement within the squad.
• Identify technical risks, resolve complex engineering challenges, and support strategic technology decision-making.
