Qualifications

• Experience in full stack development using modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and backend (Java, .NET, Node.js)
• Strong expertise in application architecture, RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise patterns
• Hands-on cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience implementing DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure automation
• Strong focus on security, performance, scalability, and reliability
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience leading distributed engineering teams across locations

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional development squad and provide technical direction across the full software development lifecycle.
• Define and govern application architecture, development standards, and engineering best practices.
• Design, develop, and oversee scalable full stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and engineering excellence.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments to ensure quality, security, maintainability, and performance.
• Mentor and coach developers, fostering technical growth and continuous improvement within the squad.
• Identify technical risks and support strategic technology decisions.
