You are comfortable across the stack, design robust APIs, and mentor teammates, driving notable impact in a fast-growing, AI-enabled product environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Frontend-focused, capable on backend; API design, server-side code, databases.
• Self-driven with ownership; makes decisions and drives work forward.
• Leads projects from concept to completion, documents work, mentors others.
• Speaks clearly and explains technical concepts to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Own product surfaces end to end; set direction and measure performance.
• Build and modify backend APIs, services, and data flows as needed.
• Drive your own roadmap from user feedback and codebase insights.
• Modernize the frontend from JavaScript to TypeScript for performance.
• Ship AI-powered features across the stack with robust UX.
• Address architecture and performance bottlenecks across the system.
• Promote AI-aware practices; use tools like Claude Code and Copilot.
• Improve durability with monitoring and post-live ownership.
• Provide code review and mentorship to teammates.
