Job summary

remotepeople is seeking a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer to help build AI-powered products for data-intensive environments. You’ll work across frontend, backend and AI to turn real-world problems into reliable software.

You’ll design APIs and microservices, integrate LLMs and AI capabilities, and deploy scalable systems on cloud platforms while shipping production features with a strong ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Backend experience with Python/Node.js/Go.
• Experience building and shipping production applications.
• Solid understanding of APIs, databases, cloud and system design.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered applications is highly desirable.
• Ownership, problem-solving and shipping-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack applications using TypeScript, React and Python, Node.js or Go.
• Design and develop APIs, microservices and scalable production systems.
• Integrate LLMs, RAG, AI agents into products.
• Work with cloud platforms, databases and deployment technologies.
• Prototype quickly with real data and users, then productionize.
• Contribute to architecture and engineering standards.
