Job summary

Base360.ai, born from The Flex, seeks a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer to own end-to-end features across frontend and backend. You’ll build AI-powered workflows, automation engines, and integrations with major platforms, collaborating closely with founders, designers, and operators to solve real short-term rental problems.

You’ll shape product experiences, ship reliable software, and scale the platform for operators worldwide, with a remote-first culture and performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Strong experience shipping production software.
• Ability to work across frontend and backend systems.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build customer-facing features, dashboards, automation engines and AI-powered workflows end-to-end.
• Develop reliable APIs and integrations with partners (Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI).
• Collaborate with designers and founders to create intuitive user experiences and scalable solutions.
