Job summary

Relesys is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead complex frontend initiatives across our platform. You will own the delivery from discovery to production, collaborating with Product, Design and backend teams while advancing our architecture and design system.

This role offers an office‑based path in multiple locations and a chance to shape the frontend roadmap during a period of rapid growth as we expand globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong TypeScript and browser fundamentals with production React/Angular experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Own ambiguous, high‑impact frontend initiatives from discovery through production, including outcomes.
• Partner with Product and Design to clarify problems and shape achievable solutions.
• Lead frontend design, balancing delivery speed, user experience, maintainability and migration costs.
• Break complex initiatives into safe milestones with testing, telemetry and feature flags.
• Design accessible, responsive experiences while evolving architecture and design system.
• Take responsibility for production outcomes and investigate difficult problems.
• Mentor engineers and improve code quality through reviews.
• Collaborate across frontend, backend, Product, Design and Quality Engineering to align decisions.
