Job summary

VirtueTech Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior C# Engineer for a London-based front-office role in Commodities & Energy Trading. You will help architect and deliver high‑performance trading systems, with exposure to ETRM/CTRM platforms and a focus on scalable C# development.

The role is permanent with a salary up to £140,000 plus bonus and benefits. Hybrid work requires three days per week in the London office near Leicester Square / Charing Cross / Embankment.

Qualifications

• Experience building front-office trading systems.
• Proficient in scalable C# applications.
• Experience with ETRM/CTRM platforms is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the architecture and development of front‑office trading systems.
• Deliver high-performance, secure and scalable applications.
• Partner with architecture and product teams to design technical solutions.
• Write clean, production-grade C# code and support delivery best practices.
• Support modern engineering standards across the platform.
