Job summary

Gen II Fund Services is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Gen II Group. You will manage the Group Consolidation model and consolidated accounting.

Based in London with hybrid Agile Working, you will develop monthly and quarterly reporting frameworks for key stakeholders and support the Head of FP&A Europe with detailed financial modelling and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting framework to key stakeholders across the business
• Support the Head of FP&A Europe in business planning including detailed financial modelling and analysis for the Group’s Strategic Plan, budgets and operating forecasts
• Assist in quarterly re-forecasting process, including revenue and cost forecasts and group operating costs
• Develop and build the Staff cost model with KPI variance narratives
