Gen II Fund Services, LLC is seeking an FP&A Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. The role reports to Head of FP&A Europe and focuses on business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and group consolidation modeling. Hybrid work arrangements are available in the London office.

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified with 5+ years in finance and strong IFRS/UK GAAP knowledge, plus experience delivering high-quality reports and planning cycles for an international organisation.

Qualifikationen

• ACA/ACCA qualification required.
• 5+ years in Finance/Accounting, FP&A preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for international groups.

Aufgaben

• Develop monthly and quarterly reporting framework for key stakeholders.
• Support Head of FP&A Europe with financial modelling and analysis for Strategic Plan, budgets and forecasts.
• Assist in quarterly re-forecasting, including revenue/billings forecasts, direct and indirect costs.
• Develop and build Staff cost model with KPIs and budget narrative.
